People & Policy Global Advisory is a consultancy, founded by Karen Hargrave, which specialises in research and influencing that puts people at the heart of policy choices.

People & Policy delivers work that helps clients shift the dial on the policies and practices that impact peoples’ lives.

Karen founded People & Policy building on extensive experience working in the international humanitarian and development sectors, with a focus on global refugee and migration policy. More recently, she has also explored work in UK health policy advocacy, drawing on her personal experiences as a patient and carer.

People & Policy draws on a wide network of expertise, bringing together research and influencing with insights on narratives and public opinion. Recent clients include ODI Global, IFRC, American Red Cross and UNHCR.
